This is a project designed for a competition hosted by a reconverting tube transformation factory. The project took third place and will be presented at the 2014 Maison et Objet exhibition in Paris.
The requirements were to create a modular structure that would be mainly constructed with tubes.
My design was partly inspired by the egg and bowl chairs while trying to bring a lighter and more modern look.
The chair is entirely disassemblable for packaging convenience and can be converted into a couch with the addition of central tubes. It can also serve as a modern garden or a brazier with the addition of accessories.
